Yes, yes, I've posted 2 books by this author back to back. Why? Bcos they are my partner in book fav books:) More importantly is bcos I also like them, lol. I like this book more than the other one I posted bcos it is downright hilarious. I smile & laugh till I die, lol. This book is also more interesting with more funny characters. The storyline also a bit different from the usual high school/college romance. In addition this girl is a bit smarter than the last one. For a fluffy book, this book is one of the best I've read. Lastly, this book is a dream come true in that there are a few good looking & humourous eligible men, lol.

I recommended 一个黑道大哥的毁灭三步曲 b/c it's only 5 chaps. I didn't recommend 我的邻居很腹黑. I've read it though and I know a lot of ppl like it, but for some reason it just didn't click with me. Gahhh, 我的邻居很腹黑 is like 81 chaps. I can do a summary for you if you want, but a direct translation = lidge dies^^
I just finished 一夜一日一年一世, and I'm seriously considering translating it in English. It's short enough so prob doable. Btw 一个黑道大哥的毁灭三步曲 and 一夜一日一年一世, I want to do 一夜一日一年一世 first. And there's a poignant short story by TQGZ that I like too. Ahhh, am just so lazy right now, sorry!!! hehe
I check Jaynestars often because it's a good source of HK entertainment news in English. Didn't know KM and HC won. I haven't seen HC. It's difficult for me to watch hospital dramas because I freak out when they show blood and surgeries that look real, lol.

Aiyaya, you missed such a good drama. HC is a must watch for the touching storylines & KM, lol. You close your eyes when there is blood or surgeries:P I feel it is the best drama in 2012.

I know that 我的邻居很腹黑 is popular because I read it based on other ppl's rave reviews. For some reason, the story just didn't click with me. I didn't think it was funny, and I just couldn't connect with the main couple or the writing style/translation.
一夜一日一年一世 is sad ending or not sad ending depending on each person's interpretation, I guess. The main couple both die so I guess sad ending for most ppl, but not so sad for me because he finally appreciates her and they'll be together even if it's in death.
The TQGZ's short story is called 送你一束鸢尾花. Sad ending too. You want summary of 一夜一日一年一世 or 送你一束鸢尾花? I'm good with summaries, but direct translations and I die because I'm too laze, lol. Also because I'd be translating on a translation too so chances are there's bound to be discrepancies so I can't guarantee how correct my English translation would be :(
Yes, but sometimes the drama suddenly flashes to a surgery scene, and the realness of it would traumatize me, lol.

I like it even better than this book bcos the female lead is so awesome. She is not a stupid doormat & didn't really get bullied much by the male lead. She is good at martial art & is a busybody, lol. Oh, I like her characteristics very much. She is so cool & funny. Even advise her mum-in-law how to seduce her dad-in-law by tying him up on the bed, wahahaha.....

I loved this from the first chap because there’s a reference to an episode in the sitcom Friends, and I’m a huge fan of Friends and dorky Ross Geller. I made the mistake of reading this at work. Ended up bursting out laughing, and my boss ran over thinking something was wrong, lol.
