Entertainment Gossip: There was once a secret underground relationship between Sheng Qingli and Pei Qingci during their younger years.
One time, the two, who had a mutual understanding to avoid meeting in public, ended up at the same event due to an error by the organizer.
When they both inadvertently noticed each other, netizens joked — even after years of breaking up, the way they looked at each other was still suspicious.
Recently, there have been frequent rumors that Sheng Qingli and Pei Qingci would be paired in a project again, to which fans and even casual gossip followers responded that it was impossible.
Upon hearing that the script for their new collaboration was a tragedy, some haters mocked them, saying they truly were a couple in the industry who would never have anything to do with each other, to the point that even the gossip stories marketing accounts made up for them ended in BE (bad ending).
One day, a video surfaced of Pei Qingci and Sheng Qingli kissing passionately on a bridge, unable to part from each other.
Netizens: !!!
The hashtag #ShengQingliPeiQingciPassionateKiss# exploded and caused Weibo to crash.
Their phones and their management teams’ phones were blown up with calls, asking for clarification.
Soon after, the parties involved responded: “In a relationship.”
Their story ended with a big, bold HE (happy ending)~
