This drama is adapted from Mo Yan Chuan’s novel of the same name and it tells the story of Tang Xin, a screenwriter who has had a crush on her boss, Tang Yu, for years. But Tang Yu is pursuing her best friend, so she keeps her unrequited feelings silent…until her friend rejects him.
Thinking this is finally her chance to be honest about how she feels, Tang Xin confesses. Realizing that there is no possibility between her and Tang Yu, and hurt from his rejection, she chooses to resign and move on. But Tang Xin’s departure doesn’t sit well with Tang Yu; what will happen between these two as she tries to move on from him and he tries to pull her back?
