I watched the donghua then read the manhua. This is actually a rather typical story of a female doctor and a prince. The only difference is that the female is disguised as a male so this gives rise to plenty of laughter and fun. The interactions between them are tense yet hilarious. It is kind of unbelievable that the prince doesn't suspect he is a she. Probably because the FL is so shameless and really acts like a guy. Anyway give it a try if you are after something funny.
