Does this book have happy ending? I’ve heard of Cang Yue but I’ve not read any of her book. Are you a Cang Yue’s fan? Are her books nice? So far, the only wuxia book I like is Who Gets the World?

I found an audiobook so I’ve included the link as well as the link for the ebook. If the ending is not tragic, I’ll listen to it when I’ve time.

I’ve read more than 10 of Cang Yue’s novels and don’t really like Seven Nights of Snow. For some reason, many fans consider it to be their favorite story, but I just never connected with any of the characters and didn’t like the tragic ending. I usually don’t like Cang Yue’s female leads, so it doesn’t matter whether I liked Xue Ziye or not, but I didn’t like any of the male characters either, which rarely happens. The male leads I love (and hate) the most are Xiao Yiqing (Listening to Snow Pavilion series) and Su Mo (Mirror series).

This is the first novel I’ve read of Cang Yue.
Actually I read this and then Listening Snow Pavillion series but didn’t realise they were from the same author lol. But after this two books I felt in love with her.
I enjoy it very much even though the ending just give me a lot of regretful feeling. But it’s tipical of almost all Cand Yue’s story… She’s a true HouMa -.-
