My Youth Begins With Loving You (Heaven is too Far Away, Earth is Just Perfect) 我的青春从爱你开始 (天堂太远 人间正好) by 桔子树 Ju Zi Shu (HE)

youth

This is a very amazing moment. Chen Mo thought: He is holding a gun on one hand which has just fired a bullet, taking a person’s life. While the other hand is holding a girl who is pure and beautiful. A clean girl who may never have imagined killing and death in her life.

I though those legends which have already been lost long ago, occur only in someone else’s story. Someone else’s emotional state which can only be found in books, suddenly appeared in his life, like a shy flower blooming  in the corner.

Romance is when you are willing to do the things which you normally would not do for someone.

The earliest, most gentle and happy memories in our life are always sweet.

I want to put them into my collection, belong only to me, put them in a solid box into the left pocket of the shirt.

Initially we do not understand what love  is, never know what is the feeling of falling in love with a person. Always think love is very mysterious, fantasizing  how it will land on us. We think that love is just like thunder and lightning, like a storm. We do a lot of things and have many requests. We gain as well as suffer, feel heartache, lost, happiness as well as pain. Then we finally realized,  love is not what we imagined it to be.

Hmmm… I was thinking about reading this too…

I’m seriously considering to start the English translation of Twice Blooming Flower over spring break. I could translate the whole novel on my blog. Your thoughts, Peanuts?

Strangely this book sets alright with me. His voice as Chen Mo isn’t as bad as “interesting” sounding as his narrating voice. lol I’m surprised Ah Shou picked this book because the main girl isn’t her usual type of female lead characters of her other books.

its about a girl chasing a guy. nothing fasinating so far. i am only at 8? i like his voice as chen mo, his narriating voice is…still being worked on. will still need some getting use to, but his main guy Voice is pretty nice.

You’re right. I’m RIGHT there with you, at chapter 6/7.

I know what you mean – the description of the cakes/coffee/chocolate/food just KILLS me.

Peanuts – you have to speed up a bit, otherwise, i’ll be the one giving you spoilers instead!

I read a few chapters but it’s not really catching my interest. The girl just seems a little too desperate and the guy isn’t super appealing (except for his looks) either.

Hahahaha… I told Peanuts that i’m surprised I actually enjoyed this book… because Miao Yuen is NOT the kind of girl that I usually like. But I guess that’s the power of A’shou – the audiobook production is really good and her MY is lively and adorable.

MY is NOT the brightest spark – but she has a lot of common sense and can be very practical. I think she really represents the common girl on the street. 😛
