It’s another funnii childhood sweetheart book.

JiuSi (affectionately called ’94’ becoz his name sounds like the numerical), is of course the usual smart, handsome, rich…..nothing new.

XiaoYu is of course the usual silly, cute, clueless…..nothing new.

Both of them were born on the same day. Their mothers were best friends. They are neighbours. They went to the same school. Sounds very like 兔子压倒窝边草 (LingCao & TuTu), but the storyline develops quite differently. For one thing, XiaoYu is a lot sillier than TuTu.

XiaoYu is so silly that when 94 stole her first kiss, she wanted to revenge and retaliated by kissing him back, thinking that this way, she would have stolen his first kiss too!!!

There is a short separation when he went abroad for further studies, and she broke off with him over some misunderstanding or so she thought. This separation was however never in his mind, he had someone stalking her all the time. He came back four years later as her boss!!

Hey, misleading synopsis bcos I didn’t meet such a guy when I was growing up:( Did you? Oh, no, even more silly than Tutu & another staff & boss story:( Next time, I’ll write a story that he comes back & work for her bcos she is smarter than him, lol. But I like the book cover so I’ll give this book a try when I’ve time.

Hi just like to leave a comment after finishing the book….this is very similar to the rabbit book of Ling Chao and Xiao Tu..In term of character, LC is much better written as a male lead as compare to Xie Jiu Shi..the latter takes too much for granted and never communicate with Tong Xiao Yu especially when he is leaving for states…he never declare his feeling to XY while they were student and only assume she will accept him once he returned from oversea. The arc where he end up as her boss feel rather force upon…..for readers looking for child sweet heart romance, I rate this as an average read….cos 兔子压倒窝边草 is really a much better book

I couldn’t agree more iro comparison between this book and 兔子压倒窝边草. The latter is one of the best and fluffiest feel good book I have ever read. As his name goes Ling Cao is just super!!

After finishing 兔子压倒窝边草, I was desperate to find another book of similar genre. That’s why I pounce on Pounce and Pounce Back when it was referred to me by a friend. I was such a novice then, didn’t know any better. But ’94’ is still laughable, I guess.
