The story follows two middle school youth, Lin Xi and Ji Jun Xing, as they tell a sweet love story between two people who established empathy as they go through their youth together.
Lin Xi is a girl who is full of strength and vitality, has a high IQ, and loves horror movies. When someone is bullied, she becomes a hardcore heroine and easily solves various problems.
Meanwhile, Ji Jun Xing is a cold, straightforward and introverted man who is an all-around student of computer software programming. He is Lin Xi’s classmate and friend. He may look cold on the outside, but in fact, he is a warm man who is not good at showing emotion.
The stubborn and adorable Lin Xi deliberately approaches the black-bellied school genius Ji Junxing. In the “rush” to become friends, they come to develop feelings for each other. During this period, they not only gain new friendship, but also realize their self-worth in pursuing their dreams.

I watched a couple of episodes of this drama. This drama setup reminds me of another book “I will send a angel to love you.” This drama is much better than the ” I will send a angel to love you” drama. But I still loved the book version of I will send a angel to love you.
I will try to read the book version of this drama to see if I like the book better. The drama is okay, just didn’t have much to stand out from other school romances on my opinion.
